Out Of The Park

The Supreme Court has become depraved, arbitrary, and really, a laughingstock. Thankfully, it is becoming a laughingstock; I've been following the whole "judicial usurpation" issue for about 8 years, and it's good to see it moving from a fringe concern to front-and-center.

The most recent ludicrous usurpative ruling (explained coolly in these two blog posts, and ranted against nicely in this blog post) earned this brilliant satire.

Update: Another excellent post analyzing the Roper v Simmons outrage, including a list of precedents it has set, is here.

Update: David Limbaugh has this to say.
