Polls, Schmolls

Folks, take all these polls with a big grain of salt, keep up the optimism, and make bloody sure you get out there and vote, regardless of whether the networks call the election early or not (remember how they cost Bush thousands of votes in the Florida panhandle, and thereby, probably millions of votes in all the western time zones?). Jim Geraghty has a great round up of how wildly inaccurate the polls were in 2002, as well as during the California recall. We're talking major inaccuracies here, undercounting Republican strength by as much as 8-10 points! Also, recall what just happened in Australia with Howard winning a much bigger margin than polls predicted. The DNC and MSM (sorry for being redundant) are trying to run a major psy-ops campaign this year, and you're the target! Forewarned is forearmed.
