Editor - Only in California do we vote for the rights of chickens over the rights of human beings. Proposition 8 is a black mark against an otherwise inspirational election. Shame on us.

Oh, did I say Prop 4? My bad. This person doesn't really give a damn about the rights of human beings (Prop 4 was a parental abortion notification initiative, Prop 8 was to rescind coerced approval of homosexuality).
