The Manchurian Candidate

A must-read column by Peggy Noonan about that lady lurking in the wings. You know, the one married to Bill Rodham Clinton. '08 is going to be very interesting. The column is mostly concerned with the shrewd strategies that the Dragon Lady is employing, but there is this little bit about her negatives that is very well put (if you've ever heard Limbaugh play clips of Hillary getting riled up during a speech, you'll understand immediately):
She is inevitable as a candidate, but not as a president. There will be serious drawbacks and problems with her candidacy. When she speaks in a large hall she shouts and it is shrill; she sounds like some boomer wife from hell who's unpacking the grocery bags and telling you that you forgot not just the mayo but the mustard.
