This, more than "judicial nullification," is what may save the Union and the nation.

The Constitution nowhere gives the courts the authority to "interpret" the Constitution -- all federal courts, including the Supreme Court, are but creatures of Congress.

It is, ultimately, The People, and the States who must be vigilent against Congress', and the Bureaucracy's, insatiable lust for power.

And, for at least the past century, since the rise of "progressivism," The People have been asleep at the switch.
