Oddly, I've had far, far more trouble with Macs that I ever have with Windows.
I don't just mean the lack of support for some programs-- I mean where the computer treats you like an idiot who can't make choices.
For that matter, Itunes beats out even Windows Media Player for sheer bad design; every time I update, it causes a hard freeze. It runs constantly in the background, sucking resources. It tries to get me to put DRM on *all* of my music.
Mac has prettier packaging, and their spokesman has a nice image. I still keep getting cult feelings from some of the Mac fanboys.

Actually, my Win XP desktop machine has treated me well, and I've never tried a Mac except in the store...
