To Bury Or To Praise?

Front Page Magazine offers two views of Susan Sontag, who passed away last week. Sontag gained some new notoriety for herself with her lunatic anti-American remarks after 9/11. I'm too young to know much about the lady, and I haven't looked at too many of the columns that have been written since her death. Christopher Hitchens says a lot of nice things about her in the Front Page article. I especially liked this quip of hers:
"To be a polymath is to be interested in everything—and in nothing else."
