Lower Court Rulings Against State Constitutions Are Inherently Null And Void

Courts lower than the Supreme Court having no Constitutional authority to so rule, as explicitly and clearly stated in Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution:
In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction.
