Evolution's Swift-Boaters

Good discussion on a Time magazine blog highlighted here. I think it's darned amusing that the time magazine writer says, "Evolution's Swift-Boaters will undoubtedly continue to try and mislead you. But don't worry: I'll continue to set the record straight." As if calling someone a Swift-Boater were some kind of insult, when, as far as I can tell, it is and always has meant telling the inconvenient truth, causing mainstream journalists to effectively wet their pants over the unfairness of it all. John Kerry was a complete fraud. The Swift Boaters did us all a big favor. There is a parallel here.
